By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are the original creator and legal owner of the submitted photo or video and have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it.
• If your submission includes other people, you have obtained their permission for the photograph or video to be used by Q20 for the purposes described below.
• You grant Q20, its subsidiaries and appointed representatives permission to reproduce, edit, publish and use your submission, together with your name and/or social-media handle, for marketing, promotional and editorial purposes across its websites, social-media platforms, digital channels and other marketing material, without further payment or permission.
• Q20 reserves the right to edit submissions for length, format or clarity, provided the original meaning and context are not materially misrepresented.
• The competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older. Employees of Q20, its subsidiaries, agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• One winning entry will be selected every week, with the winner receiving a Q20 hamper valued at R1,500.
• Entries remain eligible for consideration until selected as a winner, unless otherwise disqualified. Entrants may submit multiple entries, but may only win once during the competition period.
• Winners will be selected by Q20 or its appointed representatives based on the creativity, originality and relevance of the entry. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or replaceable with an alternative prize.
• Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the borders of South Africa.
